All development of oVirt takes place in the open. Communication is run through the mailing list and all source code changes are tracked publicly.
You can also join us on the Freenode IRC channel #ovirt
oVirt developers are generally available on the IRC channel, but if you do not get a response to a posted question on the IRC channel please ask on the mailing list.
